My Account has been stolen. Can you help me get it back?

Generally speaking your account security is your own responsibility and so we cannot guarantee we'll be able to help. We may restore a stolen account if sufficient evidence is available to determine the ownership of the account. We cannot generally restore lost items or cash, although we may restore up to two lost items at our discretion. We will also restore any credits on the account when it was stolen.
