Why has my order been declined?

An order may be declined if the information you provided did not match the information held by your bank/credit card company, if there is insufficient funds in your account, or if the payment provider suspects the order may be fraudulent.

In most cases if you contact the payment provider directly they should be able to tell you exactly why your order was declined, and if you are able to provide them with the correct information they may still be able to proceed with your order.
