I died due to a bug or connection error. Can I get my exp/items back?

Unfortunately we are not able to restore exp, cash or recently looted items lost due to a bug or connection error. It's impossible for us to verify exactly what was lost, why, or how - and as much as we'd love to be able to trust everyone, the sad truth is that some people would seriously take advantage of us if we just took your word for it.

We are working hard on fixing any bugs and minimizing connection errors as much as we possibly can.
